Dear Sarah

We just wanted to say the biggest Thank You for marrying us last Friday. You were absolutely perfect, and everything we could have asked for in a celebrant. We had so much fun, the day was perfect, starting off with a ceremony that was exactly what we wanted. We have had so many comments from guests about how great the ceremony was and how you were the best celebrant they had seen, so thank you for making our day so special. We will not hesitate to recommend you to anyone who'll listen! Many many many thanks,
Mr and Mrs J.

Fri-yay flashback! 🤩

Just look at all these gorgeous people!

For screen readers:

This picture is of the celebrant (me) in the foreground, and the stunning bridal party with their lovely guests in the background. Here I am shamelessly jumping on the ‘celebrant selfie with everyone’ bandwagon, at the request of our beautiful bride (who knows I often forget to take pictures). But really, when you have this many beautiful people in one place why wouldn’t you take a snap?

Thanks to everyone for being so lovely! 🤩

On the lands of the Dharawal, at the beautiful Kalinya Estate, J and D were married.

A wedding filled with love, family, Culture and community.

What a privilege it is to be a celebrant. This wedding will always hold a special place in my heart.

For screen readers:

The first photo is of the beautiful gazebo, it appears to be glowing in the sun. In the foreground is a magnificent didgeridoo. Mapped on its surface is a beautiful and meaningful narrative. The story is not mine to tell, but I feel incredibly privileged to have had it shared with me.

The second photo is of me, the celebrant, in my favourite blue hat with the sun streaming down behind me.

The third photo is of one of the houses on the lovely Kalinya Estate. In the foreground is a beautifully landscaped garden. This venue is something special.

When the wedding venue features a magic wishing tree, the results feel like something out of a fairytale.

Laura and Brendan, I have so much love for you both and I wish you a lifetime of love and happy ever after ❤️

For screen readers:
The first photo is of a delighted celebrant. She is about to marry one of her dearest friends to the one she loves. This celebrant does not know yet that she will definitely tear up, because… love. Although, truth be told she can’t be really surprised - it is me, after all ☺️

The next three photos are of the spectacular grounds at the magnificent Jaspers Berry - one photo is of the magical wishing tree. This venue is something else!

What a privilege. What a wonderful wedding. What a lovely couple.

With their fur-baby supervising proceedings, today’s wedding celebrated 15 years of frindship, love and banter.
A huge congratulations to Ben and Deb! ❤️

For screen readers: there are three images.
The first is a leafy, tree lined view of Wendy Whiteley’s Secret Garden overlooking Sydney Harbour. You can see the Harbour Bridge in the distance.
The second photo is of me, the celebrant, standing in the depths of the garden. In the background you can see the signing table. The celebrant is smiling because weddings fill her with joy, but also because she loves the giant tree in the background - it is magnificent.
The third image is of the bestest boy. Obi is the bride and groom’s gorgeous staffy.

Let’s play I spy…

Ever wondered why you don’t see many pictures of me with my couples?
Your wedding day is not about me, it’s about you. I won’t stand behind you or between you - I’ll be tucked away, out of sight, so your photographer can get the perfect snap of you.

For screen readers: this is a picture a lovely couple in a beautiful location - the celebrant (me) is not in frame. In the corner of the picture is the celebrant’s book - but she’s tucked out of the way. She thinks why spoil this gorgeous picture with me in the frame, mouth open, talking.
