We really had an amazing time this year meeting some of our faves, & !

Also hob-nobbing with Sri Lankan chef (who we didn't get a chance to click and pick with) at the stall!

And what a haul we came home with!

This is not a paid post! I just wanted to emphasise that! 😂 As a foodie and bit of a tech geek...finding things that make life easy even out in the bundocks is the best!

Hubby bought us a while ago...and this is the 2nd time it's been camping with us....powering our fridge/freezer and charging our devices.....this time it was even used to cook rice!

Altogether our camp-site had 3 batteries....all charging up with their solar panels and one was even used to power a Slushi machine!

Boy did we enjoy some good food and drink over Easter weekend!

Is there one dish you love but you're too afraid to attempt it? For me that has been Eggs Benedict because I love Hollaindaise sauce so much! This was my 3 attempt at making the perfect Hollaindaise sauce....mind you, the first attempt was over 8 years ago!

The 2nd, more recent was about a year ago....and this was last weekend.

It was perfect!

The 4th pic was the plate was for hubby .....he likes his eggs Benny deconstructed! 🤣

I always love when I find a brand that does good clean spice mixes that are keto and diabetes friendly.....I.e. no sugar in the mix!

Tried the Chicken bake...the only changes I made was that I replaced the tomato paste with fresh tomatoes or and the cream cheese with fresh cream! Delicious!!!

Now to figure out how to use this mix in some grazing platter delicacies!
