Here is a recent review from a wedding in the shire in august:
Our family has owned a beautiful FJ since the 60s. It now lives up in Tamworth with Dad. It has always been my dream to have it as a wedding car, but ours isn't quite up to the trip to Sydney on the freeway - so the Father of the Bride organised an identical car to Granny's for the big day!
FJ Wedding Car Hire turned up right on time and waited for me to get downstairs (sorry!) then they got me, Dad and the chief bridesmaid safely to church! Then the beautiful car became the backdrop of all our wedding portraits ... which was SO SPECIAL because Saturday 9th August was a rainy day and they could have looked a bit sad - but instead they looked amazing.
The family were professional and also wonderfully friendly - they knew we were real fans. Having their lovely green FJ there made my memories of Granny driving me round in her car part of the day, which was very important to me.
Why have some German luxury thing or huge American monster in your wedding when you can have a bit of beautiful real Australian history??
