· After completing a job, ask your clients for a Google review. Additionally, a survey to gather your clients' feedback on improving your services. To thank them for their time, offer a digital eGift card as a reward.
· We recently implemented Xero, and we love it! It has simplified our invoicing and follow-up processes, making them much smoother and more transparent.
2. Reconnect
Reconnecting with old contacts can lead to new business opportunities. A simple catch-up—whether through email, coffee, or a LinkedIn message—can help revive relationships and open doors you might not have anticipated.
As people reflect on their networks while looking toward the new year, reaching out now could put you back on their radar for potential projects, referrals, and opportunities.
· One of our tradie clients has over 5,000 emails and mobile numbers in their database. I asked them a simple question: How often do you contact these contacts? The answer was zero. As a result, we set up a Mailchimp account and sent a personal Christmas message to reconnect with past clients and colleagues.
· Moving forward, we plan to offer value in our reconnections by sharing relevant articles or suggesting collaboration opportunities monthly.
3. Revamp Your Brand for 2025
Your brand is everything when standing out and reaching your goals. It’s the perfect time to take a fresh look at your online presence and ensure it aligns with where you want to go in 2025.
