Three Meatstocks down in one week. What a ride.
So much work, such a massive effort, and an incredible team behind it all.

Every single one of the guys and girls worked their asses off to make sure everyone got fed, got their food quickly, and walked away happy.

Most people only see what happens on the front line, but they don’t see the weeks and weeks of prep behind the scenes leading into Meatstock season. The late nights, the early mornings, the stress, the problem solving, the blood, sweat, and tears. Happy tears, of course.

We genuinely couldn’t be more grateful for the team we have around us. Some of the best people I know on this planet.

A huge shoutout to my wife as well. She spoke to thousands of people across the last three Meatstocks, always smiling, always friendly, and somehow still jumping in the back multiple times helping make trays and fry tots when things got crazy. And when she wasn’t there, she was back home looking after our son, who just turned five.
Being away from him for so long is honestly one of the hardest parts of all this, but we do it for him, and we know how important that is.

Thank you to every single person involved this Meatstock season.

Thank you to the Meatstock team for putting on such an incredible event and bringing the people through.
And thank you to all the punters who supported us, bought our food, came back for seconds, thirds, and kept lining up with smiles on your faces. It truly means the world to us.

Meatstock Gippsland, that’s a wrap… and what a weekend!

Genuinely couldn’t have done it without the crew. These legends worked nonstop, on their feet for hours, pumping out food all day, and not one complaint. Still smiling, still bringing the energy. I’m seriously grateful for every single one of them.

And to everyone who came out and grabbed a feed from us, thank you. The support means everything.
Every Meatstock we do, we tighten things up and get better. This weekend felt like a new level. By the time you finish ordering, your food’s basically in your hands in 15 to 20 seconds. Unless the fryer decides to have a moment… which, yeah, it did hahaha.
Right now I’m kicking back in Gippsland waiting on the F250 to get a new high pressure oil pump, just thinking about this weekend and Toowoomba before it.
Honestly, I’m proud of what we’ve built. But more than that, I’m fired up for where we’re heading.
Big things coming.

Super stoked to be selected as a finalist in the Sauce category at this year’s Australian Barbecue Awards.
We’ve been running our Peach Bourbon Glaze on our pork belly lollipops for the last three years, and only introduced it to the retail market at Meatstock Sydney last year.

Seeing it recognised at this year’s awards is pretty damn cool for us.
A huge thank you to everyone who’s tried it and supported it along the way. We’re stoked to be able to share it with the world.

Whether we take home the win or not, we’re just proud to be in the game.

What a year 2025 has been!!

I know I know, it's not even over yet, but yesterday we wrapped up our last catering job for the year and are taking a short breather before kicking off a smoker build on December 27th. Could not be more proud of how far we have come in 2025!
From festivals to catering, there is so much that never gets posted or documented. A lot of the real work happens behind the scenes and it has been a massive year!
Huge thank you to all of our customers and clients, our incredible team who keep things moving when it gets hectic, and a special shoutout to my amazing wife for handling all the stuff I avoid!!
We are already pumped for what is next. 2026 is shaping up to be BIG🔥
