work. I hand pick all flowers fresh and love to work with the natural environment of each venue to enhance their unique character and accentuate standout features. A bouquet that was truly a labour of love. 🤎

This beautiful cascading bridal bouquet was completely hand-wired, flower by flower a delicate technique that allows each orchid to be individually placed, creating movement, shape and that effortless cascading finish.

It takes time, patience and a lot of attention to detail… but this is the kind of floral work I absolutely love creating. 🤍

For my beautiful bride M, I wanted something elegant, modern and a little unexpected rich chocolate, burnt caramel, soft peach and blush orchids coming together in one statement piece.

Designing for family is honestly harder than designing for anyone else!

This table was created for Matthew’s 23rd birthday, inspired by old-world European feasting tables, overflowing grapes, fruit, candlelight and layers of texture. I wanted it to feel warm, dramatic and timeless.

I’ll admit , I left myself way too much to do at the last minute (why do we always do that? 🙈), so I was racing against the clock while trying to be a florist, stylist, decorator, mum and host all at once.

Would I have loved another few hours? Absolutely.

But seeing Matthew’s face when everything came together reminded me exactly why I love creating these moments.

Sometimes the best designs aren’t about perfection, they’re about creating a feeling that people remember.

Happy 23rd birthday, Matthew. ❤️ Thank you for finally trusting your mum, even if it took a few design changes along the way.

Who would have thought a pile of mussel shells could become art?

I’ve always loved pushing beyond traditional materials, finding beauty in things that are often overlooked. Using mussel shells, glue, and imagination, this piece emerged as an exploration of texture, movement, and form.

With a little more quiet time lately, I’ve found myself returning to nature for inspiration. The ideas are everywhere, you just have to slow down enough to notice them.

Nature remains the greatest artist. I’m simply responding to the invitation.

Hi, I’m Ness,

For over 15 years, floristry has taken me on an incredible journey across Sydney, throughout Australia, and internationally. Working alongside inspiring creatives, building my own business, freelancing, and constantly evolving through every experience.

Along the way, I’ve learned that creativity is never static.

What excites me most now is pushing beyond traditional floristry, exploring unusual materials, unexpected mechanics, sculptural forms, and creating work that feels deeply personal, intentional, and distinctive.

For me, the process is where the magic lives.
The hours of experimenting, reworking, starting over, shifting perspectives, and trusting instinct are all part of bringing something truly unique to life.

In a world overflowing with talent, I don’t believe in simply following trends, I believe in absorbing inspiration, refining it through experience, and creating from a place that feels authentic to me.

With time, my perspective has shifted.
It’s no longer just about creating something beautiful, it’s about creating something meaningful.
Something that reflects growth, passion, and the legacy we leave behind through our work.

This new chapter feels more aligned than ever, and I’m so grateful to share it with you.

Sun-drenched citrus, sculptural florals, and harbour views. This private celebration was all about creating an installation that felt fresh, vibrant, and artfully abundant.

Layering hand-cut grapefruit, lemons, papaya, and cascading grape tomatoes with rich seasonal blooms, I designed each piece to blur the line between floral styling and edible art. Every detail was thoughtfully curated to bring colour, texture, and movement to the waterfront setting, bold, playful, and unapologetically joyful.

A celebration of fruit, florals, and immersive design, crafted with so much love, creativity, and passion.

It was also such a pleasure collaborating with the incredibly talented Auzi beautiful styling expertise helped bring this vision to life so seamlessly.
