El Chiva and his family in Guadalajara used to travel to the beaches in summer and indulge with delicious seafood like ceviche and aguachiles. Nowadays, we want to share and continue this family tradition with everyone in Sydney bringing the heat of Mexico and the freshness of the ocean.

Mariscos El Chiva fue un sueΓ±o con sabor a MΓ©xico que creciΓ³ gracias al apoyo de tantos mexicanos, latinos… Β‘y tambiΓ©n australianos que se atrevieron a probar un estilo diferente de comida mexicana y lo disfrutaron como si fuera suyo!

Estos ΓΊltimos eventos fueron la mejor manera de cerrar este capΓ­tulo: rodeado de sonrisas, mariscos y mucho cariΓ±o.

Mariscos El Chiva was a dream with a flavor of Mexico that grew thanks to the support of so many Mexicans, Latinos... and also Australians who dared to try a different style of Mexican food and enjoyed it as if it were theirs!

These latest events were the best way to close this chapter: surrounded by smiles, seafood and a lot of affection.
