Hey all! 🤠
It’s not often that I give myself time to really reflect on the business/ events and acknowledge how we’re growing but this past month we’ve had a few things come up that have really helped me to acknowledge what we’ve accomplished and I feel really thankful for everyone involved in our journey.

We’re finalists for the Penrith business awards! I’m not sure who nominated us or voted (I was ignoring the emails because I thought they were spam lol) but thank you for loving our events so much that you did so 🫶

We also had a story done in the ! I’m always shocked when my events get noticed like this 😅 I hope I said the right things, even though I forgot to thank my entire family and the amazing who is our main line dance instructor! I also should thank the various venues who give us a chance and the STAFF working at these events! 🤠

I also want to thank every single person who has bought a ticket, come to an event, dragged their friends along and had a good time. There’s regulars who travel with us to our events and also those who show up every time we’re in their city and I want to thank you ALL for loving these events and showing your support 🫶

I originally ran ‘CXXNTRY’ events a few years ago in St Kilda, Melbourne. They started because I couldn’t find anywhere to dance to country music and learn how to line dance. We had maybe 50-60 people per event and I was on stage with my laptop and a $200 DJ deck I bought from FB marketplace (Special thanks to our first instructor EVER). It’s AMAZING when I meet people from those past events who have shown support from the very beginning. It really puts into perspective the growth and success we’ve had and reminds me that this is what I love doing and why I’m still doing it.

I’m working a few different new ideas and trying to improve the current events. I hope to keep supporting other small businesses in the industry, encouraging new talent and I’m also hoping to move into some charity projects in the next year too.
