- These events being held in line with all current NSW Government health and COVID-19 restrictions. We will have covid marshals on duty throughout the cruise and patrons will also be informed of the covid safety plan upon boarding. We are committed to running covid-safe events in light of the pandemic.

- There are no refunds for this event. All sales are final.
- Our business only conducts events with third party, suppliers and venues who are a registered covid-safe businesses with up to date covid-safe plans. All businesses associated with our events follow all government mandated rules imposed by the government at the time of the event. Even though events run by SoundWaves adhere to all government mandated laws and within legally registered covid-safe environments – We can not guarantee ‘covid-free’ events and assume no responsibility for potential transmission of covid during events. We assumes no responsibility for illness, injury or death associated with any of their events.
