Im absolutely ecstatic to share some heartwarming news! My dad, Manjit Gujral, has been named NSW's top 25 most influential Indian Australians. This accolade is a recognition of his tireless dedication and the profound impact he has had on the hospitality industry, not just in New South Wales but across Australia. From modest beginnings from a little restaurant in Potts Point, he has cultivated a remarkable hospitality empire, spanning from restaurant(s) to event management, catering services, and innovative pre-packed meals.
Dad's journey has inspired books, led to a TV show celebrating our family's story, and been the subject of countless magazine and newspaper articles, each narrating the legacy of his hard work and vision. I have firsthand witnessed how his presence alone commands attention in a ballroom full of people, embodying a legacy of success and inspiration.
I've watched my dad build our little empire, leading our family with unparalleled passion and resilience. I'm filled with pride and admiration for all he's accomplished, and though his shoes are large, I am inspired every day to follow in his footsteps.
