Today, on March 8, International Women’s Day,
we have gathered to be a voice for the women of Iran.
Women who were killed during the January massacres, women who were assaulted, tortured, and silenced, and women who remain in the prisons of the Islamic Republic, still facing the threat of ex*****on, torture, and abuse. We are here to say: they are not forgotten. Their voices must be heard.

امروز، هشتم مارس، روز جهانی زن است.
ما جمع شده‌ایم تا صدای زنانی باشیم که در ایران قربانی شدند.
زنانی که در کشتار دی‌ماه کشته شدند،
زنانی که مورد تعرض، شکنجه و سرکوب قرار گرفتند،
و زنانی که هنوز در زندان‌های جمهوری اسلامی در خطر اعدام، شکنجه و خشونت هستند.
ما اینجا هستیم تا بگوییم که آنها فراموش نشده‌اند.
صدای آنها باید شنیده شود.
