Leanne bought her wedding dress last year and was previously altered by another alteration shop referred by the seller. They offered her a low cost alteration that did not fix her fitting issue. Upon checking the dress during our initial appointment, only minimal work was done to the dress. The cutting and sewing were rough and poorly done. They avoided the difficult but essential alterations and simply did the easy and fast alterations. Leanne is a busy career woman who thought the dress was already properly altered to fit her but only found out it wasn’t just two days before her wedding. Fortunately, Leanne found us online and we were able to fit her in the next day and fixed everything for her in time for her wedding.

I messaged Tsu at 7pm on a Thursday night regarding some emergency alterations for my wedding dress, for my wedding happening on the Saturday. And when I say emergency alterations. All whilst staying extremely calm and positive the whole time. You might think that trying to do an alteration like that in such a short space of time might impact the quality of the outcome.. but that was not the case with Tsu. The final product was stunning. Perfect even.
