✨Off on family holidays: I’ll be back on Thursday 16th October 2025.✨

I’m heading overseas to enjoy some much-needed family time.
The last time I travelled overseas was at the end of 2017 (pre-covid), so definitely long overdue for someone who loves travelling!
I’ll be back refreshed, recharged, and excited to connect with you. 💛

📋As a planner, I help plan, create and design your wedding or event, and I’ll also be there on your special day to manage everything. For weddings in particular, I often collaborate with a wedding stylist or florist to craft a celebration that feels uniquely you.

This means I can personalise your wedding or event so it truly reflects you - staying flexible and working with trusted vendors I know will be the best fit for your special day.📋

(available for First Steps calls and one-off 1:1 consultations).
I usually offer sessions on Wednesdays & Thursdays (day and early evening) and Saturdays (daytime). So this is perfect if you’re busy during the work week.

I first met Das a few years ago through an online mastermind group filled with like-minded creatives. We immediately clicked over our shared love for events, and it’s been such a joy connecting with her since then.

✨ VENDOR SPOTLIGHT: Giancarlo, Don & incredible team ✨

I first connected with HF Wedding Cars a few years ago when I had to enquire about wedding day transport for one of my Sydney couples. From that very first email, their professionalism and warmth stood out.

Their team is incredibly organised, with clear communication around car bookings, pick-up times, and exact drop-off locations. On every wedding day we’ve worked together, the cars have arrived early, immaculately presented, and ready to welcome guests with thoughtful touches like a red carpet, umbrellas and water sprays for bouquets.

It’s this level of attention to detail that makes a difference, and why I continue to recommend them to my couples and clients.

Take me back (just over) 1 year ago: Natasha & Jono’s wedding!💍

This is how we celebrated Natasha and Jonathan’s unforgettable wedding day 💍

Jonathan arrived in his uncle’s green Ferrari, while the bridal party made their grand entrance in a hummer limo at Earlwood Uniting Church.

The flowermen 🌸 started the ceremony entrance, followed by the flowergirl and bridesmaids. One of the most special moments? Watching Jonathan see Natasha walk down the aisle with her father - the first time he saw her in her wedding dress. (You were crying, I was crying watching it back too! 😭)

After a heartfelt parent blessing, we continued the celebration at Ruby Ballroom at Highline Venue and what a celebration it was!
✨ Bridesmaids and groomsmen brought the house down with their entrances
🦁 Lion dancing and Cook Islands cultural performance
🎤 A live performance by a guest (and well-known Indonesian singer!)
🙏 Traditional wedding blessings
👨‍👧 A sweet father-daughter dance that flowed into a beautiful first dance
It was such an honour to plan this day, bring everything together behind the scenes, and watch Natasha and Jonathan soak in every moment with their family and friends.

Re-celebrating Yeesan & Johnson’s wedding day 😍

A heartfelt day full of happy tears, bubble tea, lion dancing and the sweetest ceremony moment 🥹✨

While Yeesan and her bridesmaids got ready at the nearby William Inglis Hotel, guests arrived early to enjoy lychee fruit tea with lychee jelly 🍹 or premium milk tea with pearls 🧋 - the perfect welcome before the ceremony.

They tied the knot at the stunning Rose Pavilion, with a soft sprinkle of rain adding a little romance (and thankfully, no downpour! 🙌).

The celebration continued at Crystal Palace in Canley Heights with cheering, lion dancing, a never-ending photobooth line, and music that carried the party into the night.

And yep, we all got emotional when Johnson teared up watching Yeesan walk down the aisle 😭💘
A moment we’ll never forget.

🏡Congratulations on your new house, Kerri! 🏡

This was definitely a milestone event I will never forget. 🤩

Kerri required my help to plan and put together a casual yet homely housewarming. While she was studying and working full-time, I reached out to suppliers who have availability within a month to be present with homely and comfortable furniture, amazing food and activities in a relaxed environment at their place.

It rained in the morning of the event 🌧, however the sun came out at the right time for a beautiful cultural housewarming ceremony. 🤩⭐️ (My highlight of this event!)
