From the very beginning, he works closely with every client to create a menu that feels right for them; their favourite flavours, seasonal ingredients & dishes that suit the occasion and the people around the table.

This Sunday at Club Marconi’s Festa della Repubblica, MichelONE at Home will be serving fresh homemade ravioli and lasagna straight from the truck — layered, folded, rolled and made properly from scratch.

This Sunday, MichelONE at Home rolls into Club Marconi for Festa della Repubblica 🇮🇹 bringing the kind of Italian food usually reserved for nonna’s kitchen straight to the middle of the festival chaos.

Fresh pasta sheets. Slow-cooked sauces. Ravioli folded by hand. Lasagna layered properly. No shortcuts, no gimmicks... just the kind of food that stops people mid-bite.

And yes… we might just be the first in Australia doing handmade, homemade ravioli & lasagna from a food truck.
