Introducing Appetizing Trade, our new hospitality group bringing you two new exciting concepts to Bondi. Think good food, good people, and places you’ll want to hang out in all day (and night).

First up:
your new everyday salad spot. Think fresh salads, nourishing soups, house drinks, and plenty of catering for when you’re feeding your friends and family. Simple, perfectly dressed and wrapped in a bow.

Then there’s , a laid back Euro-style bistro. Expect steak frites, seafood towers, and a drinks list built for long lunches and late night catch ups. Simple pleasures served in the heart of paradise.

When we say “since 1904,” we truly mean it. My beautiful grandmother Linny, who turns 89 this June, is the daughter of A. Gizavitch. In 1904, Arron Gizavitch arrived in London from Łódź, Poland, and opened our family’s very first merchant and appetizing store.

Pictured here is Linny holding a cherished piece of our history: my great-grandfather’s original paper sandwich bag, which now hangs framed in our Bondi store. She’s kept it safe since she was a young girl, carrying it with her when she immigrated to Australia many years ago.

This little paper bag is one of my favourite things about our business, it connects us directly to our roots and reminds us where it all began 🫶🏽.

Seeing this collaboration land in my inbox was such a meaningful moment. and Justin’s music have always held a deeply special place in my heart. I lost my dad unexpectedly on my 18th birthday in 2008, right around the time For Emma, Forever Ago was released. That album became my anchor—it was on repeat through every high and low. It helped me heal, cry, and truly feel everything I needed to feel.

Music has such a powerful way of holding us, and Justin’s voice has been a constant comfort in mine. I’m beyond grateful and incredibly honored to hold space for Bon Iver tomorrow. Can’t wait to see you all and share this experience together, SABLE fABLE is truly a masterpiece 🫶🏽 💿
