There’s something so special about our own people capturing what we do. They know the chaos, the hard work and all the heart that goes into this place because they’re part of it too.

My dad died at 49 from a heart attack. I’m 36 now, running a business that I love more than anything. But only now do I finally understand the weight he was carrying. Check in on the people you love and hold your dads tight today and always 🥹.

Just another sandwich shop.” Yeah… not quite….

Despite what some may think, we aren’t just another sandwich shop. We take the upmost pride in our craft and make sure you’re all getting a consistent product every day of the week.

No sauce is bought in. Every piece of salmon sliced by hand. Every slice of turkey is shaved by us. Every cookie is hand balled. Every bean in every burrito is seasoned by us. Every tin of tuna is opened, seasoned and mixed by us. Every egg sheet is baked and sliced with a ruler to ensure consistency. Every cheesecake brownie is hand-deposited. Even yesterday’s bagels get a second life as our bagel chips.

And that’s probably only a quarter of it.

We’d love to show you more of what actually goes on behind the scenes in our production kitchen.
