Tarps are great in minimising the creative mess and clean up after a fun tuff tray session. Tarps are helpful in catching the mess that spills over the tuff tray so your kiddies can play and explore without limitation. With the cool and wet season coming up, tarps makes tuff trays play possible all year round as it will enable you to host tuff tray events indoors and outdoors.

Construction Trucks Sand Pit Tuff Tray & Play.

There is so much you can do when it comes to sand sensory play. Dig it, shift it, build it, mix it, pour it, scoop it! The options are endless!! Add accessories to encourage role play and discovery .

This is a very simple set up to host. All you need is sand! Since Miss P is still a toddler I used child friendly soft washed play sand for this tuff tray & play activity.

Baby Shark Rice and Spaghetti Sensory Tuff Tray & Play.

There is so much you can do when it comes to rice sensory play. Pour it, mix it, scoop it, throw it, shift it! The options are endless!! Add coloured spaghetti for extra texture discovery and play.

With the following Tuff Kiddies hire supplies, you can host your own Baby Shark Tuff Tray & Play.

Follow the simple steps below and make your own Baby Shark Rice and Spaghetti Sensory Tuff Tray & Play for your kiddies special event:
• Simply mix 600g of white rice with 3 teaspoons of white vinegar and as much red food colouring desired in a zip lock bag (the more food colouring you add, the more vibrant in colour the rice will be). Leave it to dry until the colour sets.
• Repeat the above step but with black or brown food colouring with 100g of rice and 1/2 teaspoon of white vinegar.
• Set aside 600 grams of white rice.
• Boil 300g of spaghetti until it is al dente texture and cool it down by rinsing it under cool running water. Mix it with as much blue food colouring as desired in a zip lock bag. Leave it to dry for an hour.
• Design your own version of Baby Shark and add your desired sensory tools for your tuff kiddies to discover, mess up, explore and more.

My name is Linda and I am a mother of one. Like most kids, my daughter Miss P loves discovering new things. From all the toys and activities that I have introduced to Miss P, I found that tuff tray play was an effective and fun way in developing her sensory and creative skills without limitations. Tuff tray play in a group setting was also a great way for Miss P to interact and build on her social skills.
