1. GOAT KOSHA CURRY ($15 || 500 ml) : Goat curry pieces are marinated in spices and aromatics, slow cooked in its own juice until tender.
2. FISH PATURI ($13 || 2 parcels of Paturi) : Boneless Basa fillets are marinated and wrapped in banana leaves and cooked in its own steam inside the wrapper. a delightful recipe from Bengal.
3. LAU CHINGRI ($13 || 500 ml box) : Another Bengali classic. Pan tossed prawns are cooked together with slices of long green melon. A simple tempering spice blend is used to keep the flavor original.
4. ALU ZUCCHINI POSTO ($12 || 500 ml box) : Local adaptation of Bengali alu jhinge posto. Instead of jhinge zucchini is used here. Potato and zucchini slices are pan tossed and cooked in a special blend of poppy seed, onion and other spices.
5. KOROLA SOJNE DATAR MATAR DAAL ($10 | | 500 ml box) : Fried bitter melon slices and drumsticks are tempered with Bengali spice blend cooked with Matar(Yellow split peas) daal.
6. BEGUN BHORTA ($12 || 500 ml box) : Charred eggplant is smashed and mixed with onion, freshly chopped coriander, smokey charred dry chilli and rounded up with mustard oil.
