Le Montage: the Culinary Heart of Norton Street Italian Festa 2025! 🇮🇹

Yesterday, we proudly took part in the Norton Street Italian Festa, Sydney’s largest Italian festival - a celebration of culture, connection, and culinary excellence.

Le Montage by Navarra was honoured to be the Gold Sponsor and Culinary Stage naming rights sponsor, showcasing the spirit of our Italian hospitality and our passion for unforgettable food experiences.

Festival visitors indulged in our famous live pasta stations and tiramisu, while lucky guests enjoyed seven captivating cooking demonstrations on the Le Montage by Navarra Culinary Stage, featuring our Executive Chef Lorenzo Nava, celebrity chefs, and culinary personalities who brought an outstanding program to life.

Our CEO, Sal Navarra, stopped by the Le Montage by Navarra Culinary Stage and said: “I couldn’t be more proud of the exciting experience the team prepared for the audience, a true display of Navarra hospitality and culinary artistry at its finest”

We were honoured to support The Leichhardt Collective, VIVA Leichhardt, and the local community in delivering such an unforgettable celebration.

A heartfelt thank you to our wonderful MCs Salvatore Coco and TV chef Anna Simon, our amazing stage partners Chef Pino Locantro (Locantro Bakery), Chef Gabriele Franco (La Botte D'oro), Chef Stefano Marvello (Italian Cooking Experience), Tim Perram (Hunter Valley Premium Meats), Master Chocolatier Jodie Van Der Velden (Josophans Fine Chocolates), Nick Angelucci (BBQ Aroma) and Franc Gionta (Amatos Liquor Mart), and our premium partners Sydney FC, who visited us at our stage and enjoyed our delicious food!
