Born and raised in Pune, with a journey that brought him to Australia as an international student.

With three professional degrees in construction, Maurice has always had a strong foundation in planning, coordination and problem-solving. Weddings weren’t exactly part of the master plan, but when the opportunity came along, he took it, very Gen Z of him — and quickly found himself drawn to the people, culture, creativity and organised chaos that make every celebration unique.

Esha is a branding and marketing strategist with a love for thoughtful design. Her knack for planning, organising and her eye for aesthetics led her to take on the ultimate DIY project – designing and planning her own wedding from start to finish.

She loved every moment of it. So much so that it sparked a newfound passion and an unexpected career pivot. With a background in psychology, she realised how fulfilling it would be to help others feel confident, relaxed and fully present on their big day.

When she’s not working, Esha is either by the beach, reading, or rewatching her favourite sitcoms (hello, Psych fans!).

Meet Tharuni!

What drives her is simple: she wants couples to actually experience their own wedding, not spend it running logistics. That’s what she puts the work into - keeping the process stress-free and true to who they are, right from the start.

She got into wedding planning after her planning her own, dealing with the cultural nuances, the multiple events and moving parts and realised she genuinely loved that kind of problem-solving.

Her background as a UX Designer shows up in how she approaches weddings: thinking deeply about not just the couple’s experience, but their guests’, how the day flows and everything in between.

Ultimately, she wants every couple to feel like they’ve got someone fully in their corner, from the first planning call through to the last dance.

Born in Delhi and raised in Sydney, her journey began in optometry, where attention to detail was key. However, it was planning her own wedding that sparked her love for wedding planning, inspiring her to help others navigate the process with ease and joy.

With a perfectionist’s eye and a deep commitment to creating personalised, beautifully styled weddings, Meesha ensures each event reflects the couple’s unique vision.
