We’re looking for a Customer Service Star to join our Sydney team!

📍 Silverwater
🕐 Full-time | Monday–Friday
📅 One weekend rostered every 3–4 weeks

If you love helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have an interest in flowers and gifting, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for someone who is:
• A great communicator
• Calm, friendly and empathetic
• Confident helping customers by phone and email
• Organised with great attention to detail
• Comfortable learning new systems and technology

Florist looking for a change? Your knowledge of flowers, gifting and deliveries would be a huge advantage.

But you don’t need to be a florist! Experience in customer service, call centres or e-commerce is also highly valued, and training will be provided.
