Maybe this sweet girl knew I had a hard morning and needed cuddles...
Or maybe I'm just good at baby cuddles!!

No matter the answer, it was magic in my studio this afternoon.

A cheeky toddler
A funny dad

The juggle is real.

And I LOVE having siblings watch, help, chat to me, and just generally be part of it all.

Parents often worry that siblings are getting in the way, but the truth is that I love their company, and I love giving them little helping jobs so that they feel involved and extra special 🥰

Happy world breastfeeding week!

Breastfeeding can be a delicate topic.

Some mothers can.

Some mothers can't

Some get told they "should" breastfeed.

Some get told they "should" wean.

What matters is that mothers are supported in their choices.

I worked as an ABA breastfeeding counsellor for 15 years and had the honour of supporting hundreds of mums.

I saw the highs and the lows.

I breastfed 3 kids for a total of 10 years.

I experienced the highs and the lows.

It's hard, wonderful, challenging, joyous, difficult, and amazing.
