Head Chef Craig Wolland has spent twenty years in kitchens across Australia and abroad, and brings all of it to our menus: an instinct for flavour, and a habit of sourcing from the growers and farmers right here in the Southern Highlands and South Coast.

As the gardens turn toward spring, so does the kitchen.
