We established Party & Cake Decorating Heaven because we understand the demands and time constraints placed on people to find the time to locate the items required to create the perfect party. We also understand the problems of access to good quality products for people who are located in remote communities across Australia. Located in Sydney South, we not only offer an on-line service but in addition have a retail shop offering a range of services including: retail party products, seasonal themes, cake decorating supplies, balloon decorating and helium cylinder hire, ice cream, gelato and decorated birthday cakes. We pride ourselves on offering a personalised, high quality service. We are guided on our product range and services by our family, friends and customer feedback and requests. We are always happy to attempt to source specific requests for party supplies so please do not hesitate to contact us if you require a special item or product range.

From 1 October 2026, eligible Support at Home participants will no longer pay out-of-pocket costs for personal care services.

Personal care can include help with showering, dressing and personal hygiene.

You will not need to pay if:
🔹 personal care is included in your support plan
🔹 you have enough funds available in your Support at Home budget.

These changes will help older people get the daily care they need and support their dignity and wellbeing.

You may still need to pay towards other Support at Home services. You will also need to pay the usual contribution for personal care services you received before 1 October.
