Kicking off the Shifted Perspectives campaign with high energy, we transformed Canvas House into an immersive brand experience for Airwallex and McLaren — And setting the tone for the big race week with a show-stopping arrival from Oscar Piastri and Reko Rennie, driving in together in a custom McLaren Artura wrapped in Reko’s iconic artwork.

Big ideas, high speed. 🏎️🏁

L&T Events were thrilled to be back at the Melbourne Grand Prix last month; this time, across three locations as we partnered with Airwallex to bring their bold new campaign to life.

Airwallex in collaboration with McLaren took over Melbourne with high-octane style - and we were there for every moment, featuring Oscar Piastri and renowned Indigenous artist Reko Rennie.

From design to ex*****on, we delivered an immersive public activation at Queensbridge Square, a media launch event at Canvas House and a premium brand experience trackside. Take a look at how it went down.

Innovative ideas, sleek design, and powerful healthcare solutions all came together at the Oracle Health Collaboration Forum 2024 in Melbourne.

L&T Events designed and produced a styled main stage which hosted dynamic keynote sessions, as well as 13 partner booths where delegates experienced cutting edge technology first hand in the Solutions Gallery. Guests then wrapped up a huge 3 days with rooftop views, canapés, and networking to see out the conference.

Ready Set Go 🏁 The Oscar Piastri Homecoming Party with Airwallex and McLaren Racing.

🔥 We turned up the heat in March for the Australian Grand Prix, welcoming McLaren’s Oscar back to home turf. As part of an integrated campaign celebrating the partnership between Airwallex and McLaren Racing, our team produced an awesome kick off, getting guests revved up for the big day.

A Q&A with the man himself, followed by a fan meet & greet, Airwallex ‘Pit Shop’ swag station, walk-in photobooth ft. Oscars uniform, personalised leather key chains, live mural painting, DJ and a chance for guests to get competitive with slot car racing and a reaction tester to see how they shaped up against each other. 🙌

This year is shaping up to be big 💥 (can you believe it’s already April?!). We kicked off in February producing, designing and executing , for the second year running, at the incredible .

🚀 It was an action-packed day where delegates discovered 3 insightful streams, including a keynote from Dr Richard Harris OAM, and checked out the expo floor with 15 exhibitor stands to visit.

🏕️Guests explored Camp Spark, shared some words of wisdom under the Spark Tree, took a selfie in front of the live green wall and sipped on coconuts as samba dancers and drummers launched them into the Spark Paradiso after party. 🌴🍹
