The third stop on the NiCE World APAC ANZ journey took us to Sofitel Sydney in Darling Harbour for an afternoon of insights, customer stories and conversations around the future of CX.

With industry leaders taking to the stage to share their experiences and perspectives on AI and customer experience, the event was followed by an evening of networking and connection.

Another successful stop on the ANZ tour with just one city to go!

NiCE World APAC 2026 kicked off its ANZ journey in Auckland, bringing CX leaders and industry experts together for an afternoon of insights, discussion and networking.

Hosted at the New Zealand International Convention Centre, the event explored the AI-powered CX revolution, with real world customer stories from
Mercury New Zealand and RAC adding practical perspectives to the conversation.
