It has been yet another cracking year as the wedding industry picks up where it left off in 2020. The new year kicks off with a bang as Marry Me Adam heads to the NATIONAL STAGE in January as a finalist in the 2022 Australian Wedding Awards (Marriage Celebrant).

So for all those couples I have yet to meet, for the happy tears I’m going to create and the friendships that are going to evolve; strap yourselves in…

Within the wedding scene, we just refer to it as ‘The Station’…
Yandina Station is something absolutely spectacular and certainly attracts my kinda people 🙌🏻

Getting those country vibes happening.

It do get some funny looks from couples when I (a middle aged bloke from the bush) asks about the ‘colour palate’ of Bridesmaids and setting.

But importantly for me, it’s so I can blend in to the surroundings. That way, even if I get captured in some of your photos; the focus remains in the couple.

Yesterday I received ‘my interpretation’ of the greatest compliment ever…

Two weeks ago I officiated the marriage and emceed the reception of some of the most beautiful people that I’d ever met. One of the mothers was obviously ill; but I did not know the extent.

Less than two weeks later, I have been asked by the same couple to officiate the service for her mother.

“Adam, I can’t thank you enough! When I told Dad (you would do this) he just burst into tears!… THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU”

The GREATEST compliment ever.
