LOOKING FOR WORK?
We’re looking for someone who can confidently take charge of one of our mobile pizza trailers and help deliver the That Pizza Guy experience at catering events and public cook-ups around the Sunshine Coast and surrounds.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading a small team of 2–3 staff
- Cooking and serving our wood-fired pizzas
- Towing, setting up and packing down the trailer
- Maintaining our high standards of food, service, and presentation
- Making sure our customers have an awesome experience
Ideally, you’ll have pizza-making or kitchen experience, but we’re more than happy to train the right person. You’ll need to be confident towing and reversing a trailer or be willing to learn.
We generally operate Tuesday to Saturday, with the occasional Sunday. This is a casual role of 2-3 shifts per week, which will vary based on our catering schedule.

- Happy to get their hands dirty and have a bit of fun
