Burleigh Heads Engagement Photography Session!

Kylie and Alex met during 2020 during the covid19 crisis and from the first meeting they both thought there was something special, however due to state border closures and lockdowns, a long distance relationship was all that was possible as they both lived in different states.

They both shared many long phone conversations and got to know each other very well via technology and quickly developed an ever growing fondness for each other.

When it was finally ok to visit each other they both spent time in each others states back and forth catching up on time apart.

They new that their wait was worth it and of course when Alex popped the question and Kylie said Yes!

We loved photographing their engagement session at Burleigh Heads on the gorgeous Gold Coast and cannot wait for their special day soon!

Remember the wild weather on Saturday 31st October?

Well we got to photograph a wedding in it, and boy was it EPIC!

Sara and Grant you guys are absolutely brilliant and despite having to reschedule your wedding many times due to Covid19 and then having some of the wildest weather Ive ever had to photograph in, you guys kept smiling through it all and absolutely rocked your photos!

These were taken at one of the intervals of the 3 rounds of hail that we had had to dodge, flashing skies and pouring rain along with epic winds. We had literally 5 minutes on 3 seperate occasions and the results of your special day were just amazing!

A big shout out to Flaxton Gardens who provided such amazing service as always, makeing sure the Beautiful Bride and Groom where put at ease and had everything they needed including umbrellas, undercover ceremony options - in case of a bad weather event 😬 and of course their beautiful venue!

So its been a little while since we have done a wedding, but this one was just beautiful!

Alessandra and Daniele were supposed to get married back home in Italy, but this year has obviously had other plans!

They were such a beautiful, happy couple and despite not being able to have the wedding they planned for, these two were just so joyful.
