No feelings were hurt in this video. It's just a bit of fun and laughter of what seems to really matter between wife & husband here....haha.

When we age, we change. Not just our bodies, our minds, our commitments, our opinions. We find wrinkles in our faces, in places, thought not even possible, sigh. The beauty is seeing all past that with your partner. For me, humour and appreciation mean everything along the way, no matter how grey the hair or saggy skin. Doesn't it?

What do you appreciate on your partner?

Not kidding, stretching, and recovery are just as important as your workout.

It doesn’t need to take hours. A few intentional minutes help your body regulate, reduce inflammation, and support your lymphatic system.

Still not convinced?
Use this time to simply say thank you — to your body, to your breath, to whatever comes to mind.

Because gratitude is powerful.
Gratitude literally makes you happier.
And a happy nervous system recovers faster:-)

Do you stretch?

"Mummy used to be fun until she decided to live to 100." My husband said jokingly to my 16 year old yesterday. We talked about dancing from Thursdays through to Sunday, not sleeping much. Travelling the world and doing everything I felt called for. However, I am not that young chick anymore. I still find myself hilarious, though and I value sleep much, much more. However, I do recognise the bloody motherly nagging I have added into my life. I seem to spoil the fun a bit sometimes... My husband does support my desire to live healthy, strong, and as long as possible in great health. He just likes to use a bit of sarcasm to tease me! Most of the times he listens to my health prompts and advice, but he likes to rebel out ever so often. What fun would it be alone getting that old, right? So he has to hang in there with me.

P.S. I had to scramble through FB to find photos from 17 years ago...hehe.

30 minutes is your magic number.

A 30-minute sleep window helps your body fall into a routine you can actually live by.

I want to get up at 5.30am.
That means waking anywhere between 5am and 6am still works.

The same applies to bedtime.
My bedtime is 9pm. That allows me to stay awake for Toastmasters until 9.30pm when needed — and on early mornings, I’m happily in bed at 8.30pm.

Stay within your sleep “window,” and you set your body up for better sleep, better energy, and better days.
