Hey there, I'm Alan, the "Fed" in Wed and Fed 🍽️✨

With over 20 years experience in the culinary world, food has been my life's passion. 4 years ago, I started my own business as a Private Chef focusing solely on bringing fine dining experiences to the comfort of your home. Since then I have cooked for over 700 events, won multiple awards, and have even made some people cry with a dessert (in a good way - happy tears!)

I believe in using only the very best produce and showcasing the incredible talents of local producers from the Sunshine Coast.

When I'm not busy in the kitchen, you'll find me tending to my vegetable garden with my daughter, Violet, or traveling on another adventure with my family.

My style is all about taking the ordinary and making it extraordinary. I like to keep things simple, focusing on just a few key ingredients, while playing with unique flavour combinations that surprise and delight the palate.

Now, I'm thrilled to embark on this new venture alongside my wife, Sarah, bringing our passion for fine dining and weddings to couples seeking something truly unique for their special day.
