Our signature lemongrass, ginger and kaffir lime chicken wings with nam jim and crispy shallots

Mushroom arancini with truffle aioli

Smoked brisket burger with slaw, dill pickle , Jack cheddar, hickory bbq sauce

Loaded slow cooked beef cheek fries with horseradish creme and bbq sauce

Crispy pork belly bites with wombok and pickled paw paw salad, crispy shallots, chilli salted caramel

Pork taco with char sui sauce, wombok, coriander
