PB & J BAKED OATS 🍓🥜 with Beerenberg
Another week, another baked oats combo… and this one might just be my favourite yet 👀❤️‍🔥
The ultimate PB & J moment with creamy peanut butter and Beerenberg’s sweet Strawberry jam swirled through every bite. Perfect for meal prep breakfasts or snacks for the week ahead 🤍
Makes 3–5 servings depending on appetite:
▫️ 200g rolled oats
▫️ 2 bananas
▫️ 80g protein powder (your choice)
▫️ 420ml milk
▫️ 1 tsp baking powder
▫️ Peanut butter
▫️ Beerenberg Strawberry Jam
 
👩‍🍳 Add to a baking dish smashed banana, oats, protein, milk and baking powder until smooth. Swirl through peanut butter and generous spoonfuls of Beerenberg Strawberry Jam, then bake at 180°C for 35–40 mins until golden.
I love serving mine with banana, yoghurt and an extra spoon of strawberry jam on top 🍓✨
Store leftovers in the fridge and either microwave for 1 minute when ready to eat, or enjoy cold for an oat bar vibe.

This lemon cheesecake protein parfait is creamy, fresh, and packed with protein to actually
keep you full (not reaching for snacks an hour later).
Made with Pauls PLUS+ Protein’s NEW Yoghurt Lemon Cheesecake pouch smooth, low-fat
yoghurt with 15 g of natural dairy protein
Perfect for breakfast, snacks or something quick on-the-go (no spoon needed)
Recipe:
Base:
• ½ cup rolled oats
• ¼ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
• ¼ cup milk of choice
Lemon Protein Mousse:
• ½ (75 g) Pauls PLUS+ Protein Yoghurt Lemon Cheesecake Yoghurt Pouch• ½ scoop vanilla protein powder
Topping:
• 1 /2 (75 g) Pauls PLUS+ Protein Yoghurt Lemon Cheesecake Yoghurt Pouch
• Handful of blueberries
• Sprinkle of lemon zest

Clinker crispy slice (with protein) 🤍

Recipe:
150g soy protein crisps
40g olive oil (or you can use butter 😊)
2–3 tbsp maple syrup (or golden syrup)
40g protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
2 tbsp Biscoff or peanut butter

Chocolate Topping:
150g milk chocolate
1 tsp olive oil
½ cup chopped Clinkers (totally up to you how much you add🍫)

Snack of the week ✨🌞✨🌼 Soft, sweet, a little crunchy… and seriously hits every time 🤤
Walnut chocolate chip banana bread 🍌🍫
Recipe:
* 3 ripe bananas, mashed
* 2 eggs
* 1/4 cup of maple syrup or honey
* 1/4 cup of olive oil
* 1-2 tbs of brown sugar (optional for extra sweetness)
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 1 1/2 cups of oat flour ( or any type of flour)
* 1 tsp cinnamon
* 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
* 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a loaf tin.
2. In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla.
3. Stir in flour and cinnamon until just combined.
4. Fold through walnuts and chocolate chips.
5. Pour into tin and bake for 40–50 mins or until golden and cooked through.
6. Let it cool slightly, slice, and enjoy 🤎🍌✨
