Love visiting my Dad’s place. He has an amazing garden & I always leave with fresh home grown produce. This visit they gave me this beautiful pumpkin.

Here’s what I made ⬇️

Pumpkin, beetroot & feta salad
Pumpkin soup
Chicken & veg stew
Pumpkin, rocket & pine nut salad
Risotto

Looking forward to visiting again at Easter time to see what they have for me. Oh and of course it’s always great seeing family too ☺️

Curries taste better made from scratch, just ask yesterday’s client who was shocked that her 6 children (yes you read that correctly 6!) loved this lamb Rogan Josh so much they went back for seconds & even thirds 🍛👩🏻‍🍳

With so many people doing it tough 2025 is my year to give back. I’ve joined up with to provide a free lasagna each week to a family in need of a little extra support.
During my time as a personal cook I’ve probably made hundreds of lasagnas suiting a variety of diets including dairy free, vegetarian, vegan & gluten free. Now it’s time to put my skills to even better use.
