Valentines day was a perfect day to get married!
And after 30 yrs of being together, Geoff and Debra felt they needed to step up the romance a notch!
I was so very lucky to enjoy Debra and Geoff's wedding in perfect conditions, and even more lucky to conduct this ceremony in the garden of their magnificent home in Bendigo, the Belmont.
I love that in keeping with the homes stunning décor, Debra and Geoff wanted to celebrate in flappers and dappers style! Bring on the 1920s!
Some feathers, sequins and stunning dress by the couple, their bridal party and the guests, made for a wonderful evening.
They then were lucky to not have to walk to far to their private marquee in another part of their amazing property for their reception, all decorated in 1920s theme!
It was all in the little details that made this whole evening perfect, even down to the heirlooms in the rings they gifted each other.

What a stunning day to get married.

I have a real soft spot for The Nook in Sunbury. It has so much history here for me and also Sunbury.

Not only is it where my favourite parkrun is.
It's also where my husband and I were married.

So when Anand and Arundhathy decided to legalise thier marriage at The Nook. I was thrilled!

This georgous couple reached out to me after they held a beautiful ceremony in thier home provence in India to conduct a Australian legal ceremony.

Help! My MOH (witness) can't travel because a baby is inpending.... can we transfer our NOIM to you and conduct a legals before we travel OS?
Why, of course!

The brilliant community of celebrants, Jan, thier original celebrant was able to swiftly transfer the NOIM to me within minutes!

We had some scouring of the local area to our MOH and found the amazing people at RUSSO estate winery, who whipped up a little lunch with a special little arbour for photos!

And then we were done! Ate and headed off to the airport to celebrate with friends and family in thier overseas ceremony.

Here is a prime example of my influencers. ... my uncle... just a touch over 79 yrs old.. getting on the zip line like he had nothing to lose!

Tonight is the eve of my 2 year anniversary of my first wedding as a celebrant!
And what a way to commemorate, getting all glamoured up and driving to Romsey to do a little legals with a beautiful couple, A and M and thier wonderful parents. 🥰

In honour of this special occasion, I chose to wear the same dress too!

A massive happy anniversary also to Michelle and Andrew! Your trust in me catapulted my dream of new adventures.
Have the best 2nd wedding anniversary for tomorrow, the 9th December!

Also a little shout out to mum for her birthday tomorrow too! What a special date in my calender!
