We arrange everything from service staff, crockery, cutlery, and glassware for your own venue to events at our own fully serviced venues complete with conference facilities - in fact everything you need for a successful catered event. Located just 5kms from the Brisbane CBD within the grounds of the U

niversity of Queensland, St Leo’s provides a convenient location for functions at very competitive rates. These are one-off events (workshops, training, formal dinners) and conferences. You can choose from a selection of venues and rooms with natural light and air conditioning. OFF-SITE CATERING
This allows us to cater for you anywhere within the UQ Campus. St Leo's Catering staff is trained to the highest standards and it is their professionalism that ensures your event runs smoothly and efficiently. SPECIAL DIETS
We make provisions for specific dietary requests such as Halal, gluten free, vegetarian and vegan cuisine.

🥚 Something you don’t see every day in the kitchen!
While prepping for service today, we cracked an egg and found… no yolk! Just a clean shell full of egg white.

These rare “no-yolk” eggs (also known as wind eggs) are a natural occurrence, often laid by younger hens. A quirky reminder that even in high-volume catering, nature can still surprise us!

Always fresh, always real — and always ready for anything the kitchen throws our way.
