We arrange everything from service staff, crockery, cutlery, and glassware for your own venue to events at our own fully serviced venues complete with conference facilities - in fact everything you need for a successful catered event. Located just 5kms from the Brisbane CBD within the grounds of the U

niversity of Queensland, St Leo’s provides a convenient location for functions at very competitive rates. These are one-off events (workshops, training, formal dinners) and conferences. You can choose from a selection of venues and rooms with natural light and air conditioning. OFF-SITE CATERING
This allows us to cater for you anywhere within the UQ Campus. St Leo's Catering staff is trained to the highest standards and it is their professionalism that ensures your event runs smoothly and efficiently. SPECIAL DIETS

The St Leo's residents enjoyed a delicious two-course Valete Lunch over the weekend, crafted by our talented Chefs and served by our wonderful Caterers.

✨ Main Course
Pan-fried Barramundi with roasted Kipfler potatoes, mango salsa & beetroot purée
and Chicken Supreme filled with camembert and semi-dried tomato, served with potato rosti, sautéed green beans, baby carrots & creamy garlic sauce

🍰 Dessert
Lemon Meringue Tart, Cookies & Cream Cheesecake and a selection of beverages to follow.

Our team had a tremendous time catering a 2 course sit down lunch at the UQ Science Reunion at the National Amphitheatre, UQ St Lucia last week. It was a fantastic event filled with nostalgia, laughter, and reconnecting with old friends.
