I love a door backdrop.

Oprah was one of my first inspirations. Her words got me through my own discomfort for years. Her books and interviews led me to many other great teachers. Maya Angelou, Deepak Chopra, Brene Brown, Glennon Doyle and many more.

These days i have a meditation practice and one main source of inspiration but you can never forget the teachers that help you along your way.

Newtons Third law - In every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.

Song Choice from another theater production: God king and Country. A song in our family. Close to our hearts. Thank you to our ancestors, our soldiers for our beautiful life we have today.

Firstly for Coming to Marthas Flowers first wreath Making Class.In our session we spoke about what us as Woman do for a hobbie. Hazel- Netball, Jodie- Physie and Amanda- Theatre.

Me: so that’s a thing? You can join up and do theater shows ? Amber: yes we are actually doing a show next year - Anne Frank.

3 Months Later, Thursday 24th of March at 8pm I got to watch, experience the story of Annelies Frank. Showcasing at Nowra Players theater. ( 7 shows left link)

Thank you Amber and your cast mates and all involved for bringing that story on stage for us in the south coast to watch, experience and be apart of. The intimate setting, the pre show, cup of tea and biscuit break we were very spoilt.

Thank you for reminding me last night how important our stories are. How our stories connect us to the world around us. I went home feeling great full, Inspired and fortunate and ready to share and connect again. I kissed my children and my mundane worries went away.

Another Birthday Bouquet for Mol!!

It was special making two bouquets from two different people for you. I thought how lovely Mol must be to recieve two bouquets for her birthday 🥳.

Thinking about 2023.

Running a business, Being a Mummy to five kids, Just said yes to assisting coaching two 14-17 netball teams, also playing netball. Every child in our family plays sport. Not because we are this big sporty family but having a big family sport just fits with us. We can have fun and get serious and it doesn't cost us the world.. One thing we will not half ass is Life..

A big lesson that has always shown up in my life is that you have this life so make the most of it. When you are 65 will you look back and be proud of yourself or have regrets.
