Choosing a Qun Kwa is about so much more than finding the right size. It’s about finding a style, colour and fit that feels like you.

During this private 60-minute fitting session, I’ll personally guide you through different options, share styling advice based on your body shape, and even provide an express personal colour assessment to help you discover the shades that best complement your natural features and wedding vision.

I love seeing that moment when a couple finds the one and suddenly everything feels right.

Jenny Chiu in Japan 🇯🇵

Beautiful venues are everywhere.

But when I walk through a space, I’m not only looking at architecture or where flowers and chairs can be.

I’m thinking about guests from around the world, speaking different languages can feel included, connect with the couple and their loved ones at the same time.

I think about:
How a ceremony flows
How people move
How a room feels when emotions become memories

Beautiful venues are one thing, yet the people behind them are another.

One thing I’ve learned while exploring Japan is that hospitality is never only about spaces, it is about the people who quietly bring those spaces to life.

Grateful to the team at Togo Kinenkan for welcoming me and for sharing conversations around creating meaningful experiences for multicultural couples.

As I continue this Japan venue series, I’m looking beyond aesthetics and exploring places through the lens of culture, guest experience, and connection.

Thank you Joy & Jason for giving me the opportunity to be your tea ceremony host, celebrant, and wedding MC and letting me be part of the curation process for the wedding vision.

Being part of the curation process not only allows me to provide inputs during the planning, facilitate communication with the local vendors but most importantly, to give couples the assurance that if things go wrong, there is someone joining the wonderful wedding team - someone who’s been through the planning, holding the mic and calming the storms from all sides 🌊🫶

I enjoy redefining ‘classic’.

Most see it as a wedding game but I see an opportunity to innovate.

Hosting this classic wedding game - the shoe game requires more than just a microphone, two chairs or a list of ‘questions’

Since many years ago I’ve been taking wedding game as a tapestry that weaves traditions, cultures and languages together into beautiful memories that keeps your guests and even wedding vendors talking for years.

It require more than just an ‘MC’, but someone who has the ability to read a room of diverse cultures and bring them together through laughter and shared moments. Also, someone with the awareness of staging, an eye and heart curating a stage for your creative crew.

Couples also often ask me for a ‘demo video’ to show how I hosted any weddings in the past.

I hope to take this opportunity to explain …

Luxury is found in the ephemeral - the magic of a moment that can never be recreated. My hosting is a live response to the energy, the culture, and the heartbeat of the room in real-time. A video is a static frame; my work is fluid. To show a demo would be to offer you a shadow of the past, it’s someone else’s ‘LAST’. When I’m at your wedding, I’m here to give a brilliance of creation with you, and for you. 😊

Yet, today, for the very first time, I’ve found a moment that was immaculately captured, by the wonderful team that says a thousand words.

Thank you Josh and his team for beautifully encapsulated and explained for me. 🥹

When Joi and Lily-Rose first approached me two years ago to plan a destination wedding for them in Japan... I wasn’t sure it was possible.

Japan is a country rich in tradition and culture. I wanted to highlight these strengths whilst also making sure Joi and Lily-Rose got to experience special moments that were meaningful to them. 💖

Some things which we take for granted in Australia, like having a live band and personalised wedding cake, are not the norm in Japan’s wedding industry so we had to learn (and sometimes respectfully challenge) the standard.

But after 2 years of bilingual calls, back and forth enquiries, and several trips to Japan... we did it!! We pulled off an incredible, one of a kind wedding that was full of love and celebration.

I couldn’t be more proud 🥹 Thank you Joi and Lily-Rose for the opportunity to bring both our dreams to life, to all the vendors who were willing to take a chance and try something new, and to my incredible team for making it all possible!
