We were honoured to be part of the .tagram 10 Year Celebration last month at . We created a bespoke menu inspired by native Australian ingredients and flavours to reflect the significance of the evening.

A highlight of the night was our interactive hibachi grill, where guests gathered around the open fire to experience dishes prepared over the flames. The theatre, aromas and connection that come with live-fire cooking created a memorable dining experience and added something truly special to the celebration.

Thank you to the Melbourne Indigenous Transition School for trusting us to be part of such an important milestone. It was a privilege to help bring the evening to life through food.

Sweet tooth? Say less. Our Pavlova station let guests build their own. Blueberry meringue, fresh berries and Chantilly cream, piled on however they liked. No two plates looked the same (and that's exactly how we like it).
