Paula, a mum of two, a qualified chef for over 20 years is the heart and chef at Happy Home Chef which was est in 2016. Happy home chef shops, cooks your meals in your kitchen and then does all the dishes! Food is fresh 3 days or frozen up to 3 months.

25, 50, 75 meal packages available. School Snacks and desserts available too! We cater to any dietary requirements and service NDIS participants also.

Today was all about getting Taylor’s kitchen, meals and snacks sorted! 💕🩵

I met Taylor at the weekend at a sunrise gathering she was hosting Sunrise Sisterhood | Moreton Bay . She manifested a chef and I appeared. I manifested local clients and she appeared!
We both needed this!

So what about Dad and the kids at home? 😉
No panic. No “what’s for dinner?” No living on takeaway for the week!

Today I stocked the fridge with a delicious selection of and gluten free homemade family meals, ready to heat, eat and enjoy while Mum is away.

Today I had the pleasure of cooking for a lovely new Happy Home Chef client and what a delicious menu! 👩‍🍳💕

A full fridge of homemade, family-friendly meals, all prepared fresh in their own home and tailored exactly to their preferences.

🍜 Chinese chicken & vegetable stir-fry with rice & noodles
🍝 Traditional spaghetti Bolognese
🥓 Creamy carbonara
🥩 Slow-cooked pulled beef brisket in BBQ sauce with broccoli, roast baby potatoes & carrots
🧀 Vegemite & cheese pinwheels
🥒 And a batch of zucchini, bacon, cheese & egg slice

No capsicum, no pepper, no MSG, very light herbs and all those little preferences taken care of -because that’s what a personal chef service should be about. ❤️

New clients, fresh start 🥰

Today I had the pleasure of cooking for a lovely busy couple right here in Newport 💗

They’re an active couple who love keeping track of their calories and wanted high-protein, lower-carb meals that would make their busy week easier -without having to spend hours in the kitchen.

So we created a whole fridge full of delicious, ready-to-go meals including:

🥩 Chicken breast with cauliflower mash, green beans & creamy peppercorn sauce
🥧 Low-carb beef cottage pie with cauliflower mash & cheese
🐟 Salmon with green beans, cauliflower mash & creamy lemon dill sauce
🍝 Beef Bolognese with zoodles or cauliflower mash
- and some bolognese and pasta and savory mince for their active swimmer daughter.

Two of today’s lovely clients have been coming to Happy Home Chef every Monday for about a year now ❤️

They both get their meals cooked fresh every week, and over the past few weeks we’ve changed things up a little.

Instead of everything being plated as complete meals, they’ve been getting their proteins, vegetables, grains, salads, sauces and extras separately in jars and containers -so they can build their own meals throughout the week.

Think nourish bowls, mix-and-match lunches, easy dinners and whatever they feel like on the day. 🥗✨

It’s all about making meal prep work around their lifestyle, preferences and routines.

HEART-SMART FAMILY MEAL PREP 💚

Today’s cook was all about creating delicious, nourishing meals with a heart-smart, anti-inflammatory focus, designed to support healthier cholesterol levels while still being family-friendly and full of flavour for the creative owners of Play Maison Wilston x (if you haven’t been with your little ones it’s a must for some luxe peaceful play!)

My client wanted a mix of lunches, dinners, salads and healthy lunchbox snacks for the kids- so we packed the fridge with plenty of colourful goodness!
