Not every keepsake starts with a wedding bouquet.

After losing her Nonna, Ellie picked flowers from the garden she had lovingly tended and sent them to us to preserve. We moved quickly so we could capture them while they were still at their best.

Now those same flowers will live on as a reminder of the woman who grew them. How special is that! We feel honoured to have been able to create something so meaningful 🥹

And the part that got us? Her Nonna’s name was Rose 🌸🩷

I feel like we’re stepping into a new chapter with Bloomy Days and it’s made me stop and really reflect. On what we’ve built, the workplace we’ve created, our beautiful customers, our community and all the little connections that have happened along the way.

I started Bloomy Days as a way to bring in money while working around school hours. There wasn’t really many options around us locally at the time, so I built it in a way that worked for my family, and somewhere along the way that dream grew.

If you told me 6 years ago this is where we’d be, I honestly wouldn’t have believed you.

It has been a journey. The ones closest to me know just how much. I’ve loved, I’ve lost, I’ve fought, I’ve fallen apart, I’ve come back swinging, and somehow found the most supportive crew to help carry this little dream along the way.

Running a business isn’t for the faint hearted, but we’re still here. Still dreaming. Still growing. Still kicking on.

We have some really big things coming and I honestly cannot wait to share them with you all 🤍
