❄️This coming Saturday, we are bringing the flavours of the island to the table. In order to prepare meals in an underground traditional oven, our hardworking chefs are prepared to dig a large hole, gather some river stones, collect a tonne of firewood, and cook.

Using a combination of our exotic spice , herbs and sauces, and cooking it underground the Smokey , earthy flavour you get in the feast is definitely something to die for 🤤
