Supporting local woman in business 💕
💙 I’ve had people come up to me after I have shared something on here and ask if I’m alright, if I’m doing better, look at me with concern
It made me think-do people think I’m koo koo and not coping!
Or maybe they don’t read all the way to the end……
Because despite wanting to share honestly how challenging I can find the human experiences at times
The ups and downs
The confusion and conflict
The struggles and bewilderment
I don’t think I’ve ever written anything that hasn’t concluded with some type of hint, hack or hope 💫
Despair and drudgery ain’t my vibe
Honesty, vulnerability and sharing are
When I was moving through some of my hardest times it was made so much worse by feeling I was the only one in struggle
The thought that everyone else had it so together and it was only me treading water
It is always so comforting to know people have and are navigating a similar path to us (and who isn’t!? We all experience the same emotions, thoughts and feelings)
And it was by writing or talking about them and then offering my story, my way through, my silver lining, my learnings that I always hope it can lighten someone’s load
Hope
It is the spark of humanity
Hope we can heal
Hope we can care for ourselves and each other
Hope we can love and reconnect to our natural world and home 🌏
Hope we can respect and understand rather than argue and fight
Hope that we enjoy good health
Hope that we choose the work to become more aware of, understand and love ourselves (and therefore others and all living things)
Hope we can all live in and enjoy a far more harmonious, peaceful and compassionate world
“Hope is being able to see that there is light despite all the darkness”
Hope is believing things don’t stay the same
That we are stronger than we know
That people are intrinsically good at heart
That there are bright, magical and wonderful things still happening in the world
That life is unfolding as it should❤️
