We love health and wellness and invite you to attend a FREE informative and fun expo in Australia. The Annual events are held in Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Melbourne. They are FREE to attend and showcase over 100 exhibitors from 10am-3pm on a Sunday. Visitors take home ‘My Best Self’ Gift bag and have the opportunity to meet and greet the industries top and creative professionals. Exhibits range from pet products to helping the people in the home environment. Free fitness classes and seminar talks about the latest topics.
