One of the standout moments from the Food + Grocery Australia 2026 Conference was walking back into the ballroom for the evening dinner transformation ✨

A huge credit to Beautiful Weddings and Events for completely changing the space in such a short turnaround between Day 1 of the conference and the evening function — all within approximately 60–90 minutes.

From the red carpet entrance and flowing gold and red draping, to the Gatsby-style lounge setting and glamorous foyer backdrop, every detail created such an elegant atmosphere from the moment guests arrived. Inside the ballroom, the black chair covers with gold sashes and the stunning oversized centrepieces brought the whole room together beautifully.
As an event photographer, it’s always incredible to see the amount of work, creativity and coordination that happens behind the scenes to bring an event like this to life.

There’s something about a timeless palette that never misses.

For their ceremony, we focused on lush, statement floral towers that framed them perfectly as they said their 'I dos.' From the cascading orchids in Claudia’s bouquet to the floor-to-ceiling white blooms, every detail was designed to feel elevated yet effortlessly romantic.
