Our first 2 days at Karingal Hub have been great. Returned Karingal hubian customers and new ones just finding us which is exciting.

We have returned with our loaded cookies that we used to do back in the Remuce days and boy have they been popular again.

All 4 flavours have equally been popular, no outright favourites. Tomorrow we think we might do Crunchie and also Choc peppermint. What flavour would you like to see?

We’re prepping, baking and cooking all the delicious delights in-house this week, getting ready to spoil all the mum’s and mother-figures being brought in to our Distillery Door this Sunday to be spoilt.

🧁 On the menu for our elevated Mother’s Day Gin High Tea is:
o Sandwiches with seasonal fillings
o Homemade sausage rolls & mini quiches
o Cheese and crackers
o Chocolate mousse cups with juniper-soaked coconut
o Macarons & our signature brandy blondies
o Fresh fruit
o Freshly baked scones with jam and cream

Also included is a glass of bubbles on arrival to begin, a gin tasting paddle
