Running around behind the scenes so the day feels effortless for everyone else is kind of our thing.

And if your day felt stress free, nothing went wrong and you had the absolute best time… Well, that probably means we did our job pretty [bluddy] well.

💜 Planner or Coordinator… Is there a difference? 💜
Planning a wedding is such an exciting time, but it can also feel overwhelming trying to juggle all the moving parts. The good news? You don’t have to do it all on your own. Here in CQ, we’re so lucky to have an incredible range of talent to support you on your wedding planning journey.

Some couples love having a wedding planner who walks with them from the very beginning, recommending trusted vendors, managing budgets, creating timelines, designing styling concepts, and being there on the day to bring it all together.

Others prefer to do most of the planning themselves, but choose a coordinator to step in at the end and make sure everything runs seamlessly during those all-important hours.

Both roles take stress away, just in different ways. The key is finding what feels right for you and your love day. 💍

🥂 Cheers to 2025! 🥂

What a start to the year! Our little ones went off to kindy/daycare, I’m settling into my [almost] full-time role, and hubby is back at the firm.

Now it’s time to dive into an exciting year of wedding planning! We’re officially back on deck today to respond to your emails, enquiries, and book client meetings 🙌
