"Underrated but not forgotten"

The homies NEON (Dean Gerlach) & Thorney-Max (Joshua Thorne) represented their City of HB to the fullest & at every event, performed their extremely popular collaboration; "Let's Roll".

It was a favourite with not only the crowd but the crew as well & like true fans, we sang along to every word. The energy in the venue maxed out at 11 every time these two were on stage together.

Dean is no longer active in the scene but continues to release new music sporadically & to this date his introspective verses have never failed to impress; with reliable rhyme schemes, his bars are on point & the familiarity of his monotone flow places him in a category amongst the heavyweights.

Thorney will always be remembered as "The Go Getter" - possessing not only the skills, style & sound needed to achieve commercial success but most importantly of all; approaching everything in life with a positive attitude & the right kind of energy necessary for manifesting your dreams.

Tragically, Josh passed away a few years back & I share this memory today as a way of honouring his talent; one that fully encapsulated as an artist, the spirit of what it truly means to be underrated.

Took some time to sort through the photos and videos of the night but be expecting some amazing content over the coming weeks of all the amazing performances to bring back the name of Underated

Once again a huge thankyou to everybody who came to perform that night! Tyrone Noyes for being such a high energy host with high energy bars to start the night! MC Pyrit & Vivien Aisi for a set that gave everybody in the room goosebumps. The bars the lyrics and the vocals all fire fire fire! MC Wheels and his DJ, DJ Crooked for one of the most inspiring sets of the night with hooks that get stuck in your head for weeks to come and just an all around amazing sound! and last but not least your Co hosts Ghostogofficial and Casey Marie with their smooth flows, chill beats and catchy hooks to finish the night off strong.
