Things I will NOT do as a celebrant:
*Ask for a selfie
*disrupt your time with your guests to say goodbye
*try to steal the spotlight, or
*make any part of your day about me & my wishes (I'll do what ever you want, as long as we meet the legal requirements).

Something I recently discovered I WILL do as your celebrant:
Trott across the lawn with a big cheesy grin & a giggle, and jump into a photo with you if you ask!

This was a new development for me because after officiating over 200 weddings, I don't think I've ever been asked to get into this photo!
Naturally, when this couple asked, I was thrilled that they wanted to capture this moment with me.

Did a sneaky little trip down to Bundy this week for a CeRUMony for a couple who let the 400k + Bundaberg Rum social media followers plan their wedding.
Outfits, vows, decor, catering, the whole lot was decided by the fans of Bundy Rum.
It was hard to keep a straight face for this one 🤣🫣

My absolute favorite thing about being a celebrant is being able to marry my friends and family. My mum was my 1st client & since then I've been celebrant for my cousin, 2 of my step brothers, a number of friends, and today I got to marry these two beautiful women who I've been friends with for 10 years. My heart is so full of love for these two & today was just perfect 😍😍😍
