The time has come for Zul to pass over her apron!👩🏽‍🍳
A big shout out to all my awesome customers who have supported me for the past 20+ years, especially over the difficult 18 months of lockdowns. We have all helped each other get through these uncertain days.
But now, with mixed emotions I would like to let you all know I am handing the Cafe Z batten over to Rosa who you all love, along with all your much loved staff. Rosa has done an extended apprenticeship so to speak, and has mastered all my recipes. With her barista husband, Paul, they will take Cafe Z to a new level.
At the end of trading on Thursday this week, the Cafe Z page will change its name to “Hart+SoleCatering” as I will be continuing my Turkish Cooking classes and catering from private residences & eventually teaching at TAFE.
Rosa will be creating a new page for Cafe Z going forward, to keep all our loyal customers up to date, which will have the same handle:
I encourage you all to follow this new page when it is created later this week.
I thank each and every one of you for all your support over the years. I will be popping in often for the best coffee in town.☕️
