Kristie and Zurick’s wedding day was truly something special. Despite the challenges, including the distance between them, their love stood strong, making the celebration even more meaningful when the big day finally arrived. They chose an intimate setting at the picturesque Templewood House, and it couldn’t have been more perfect.
The day was beautifully captured by the talented bills photography—there were so many incredible photos that I’ll definitely be sharing a bit of wedding spam to do them justice!
A shoutout as well to socials, the content creator on the day. I’ll be adding her to my vendor recommendation list.

When I first met Sarah and Adrian, we instantly bonded over one of my favourite topics—travel. These two have explored the world together, hopping between music festivals across the globe. They even went on their honeymoon before the wedding, and I loved following along on Instagram. Their celebration at the stunning was filled with love, laughter, and their favourite people. Sarah looked absolutely radiant in her gown, but in true Sarah style, she later changed into the cutest, white jumpsuit—perfect for the epic rave that followed, complete with glow sticks. I just love that these two had a reception that was totally bespoke.

Loredana is a recent work colleague who has quickly become a friend. She showed me stunning photos of her wedding to Nick on the beautiful island of Ischia last year, so I had assumed they’d already been legally married. When she mentioned she’d be heading to the registry with just a couple of witnesses to make it official, I offered my services. What started as an elopement-style registry wedding turned into a beautiful celebration with their lovely families at Chicco Palms — a perfect opportunity for those who couldn’t attend the overseas ceremony to join in the joy. It was such a pleasure to be part of your special day and to meet your warm, wonderful families.

I’m all about the music and loved Chloe and David’s choices of wedding tunes. I couldn’t stop bopping as the gorgeous bride walked down the aisle, during the signing and then again for their walk back down the aisle. You guys nailed it and who else posts their wedding photos to the sounds of The Cure, very cool!
When I leaned over and asked David how he was feeling when you arrived Chloe, he looked at me calmly and said ‘I get to marry my best friend today, I feel incredibly lucky’. Way to make your celebrant cry before the ceremony even starts. 🥹

I met Shaun some years ago at his placement at Our Lady of La Vang. He was a natural with the students and I was so pleased to catch up with him again at my present employment as a fully fledged teacher. When he announced his engagement I offered my services as a celebrant and got to meet the delightful Chloe. These two are perfectly matched and have a beautiful, mutual respect of each other as individuals. The love surrounding them was evident at their rehearsal, with friends and family eagerly lending a hand to make their day perfect. Thank you for including me in your spectacular wedding.

Mia and Nathan's love story began with a shared passion for travel, quad biking, and savoring good food. It wasn’t long before they took the next step, blending their lives and families together, including Nathan’s two sons. Their journey led them to a heartfelt celebration at the beautiful Carrick Hill, surrounded by their closest family and friends. One of the most touching moments was when they exchanged personal vows—words they had written in secret for one another. Though it’s common for couples to feel nervous during such a tender moment, Mia and Nathan were completely present, locking eyes and fully immersed in the love they share.

When I first met Denise and Jarrod, they shared their unique vision for their ceremony: having their dear friend, Mekha lead the heartfelt proceedings while I officiated the legal formalities. It was an absolute joy to be part of such a special day at the stunning Maison de Moon.
Denise and Jarrod exchanged deeply personal, handwritten vows, beautifully presented in their elegant vow booklets—moments that left not a single, dry eye in the room. Mekha’s touching words about her cherished friends made the ceremony truly unforgettable. I couldn’t resist telling her she’d missed her calling—her heartfelt delivery was nothing short of extraordinary!

My last wedding of 2024 was truly special, Annaleese and Antonio’s wedding was nothing short of extraordinary. I first connected with them online, curious about their fascinating occupations—Annaleese, a talented singer and model, and Antonio, a professional fighter. While Antonio trained hard in Florida, Annaleese demonstrated her language of love through her nurturing care and by preparing nutritious meals to keep him in lean and mean.
When I finally met them in person back in Adelaide, my admiration for this dynamic duo only grew. Annaleese’s incredible voice isn’t just talk—she appeared on The Voice last year, where none other than LeAnn Rimes and Kate Miller-Heidke fought over her!
Their love story culminated in a stunning celebration at the picturesque Sunnybrae Estate. Jimmy pulled out all the stops, arranging an arrival for Antonio and his groomsmen in jaw-dropping prestige cars, while created a masterpiece with the ceremony décor—a lush carpet of rose petals down the aisle and breathtaking floral arrangements.
And then there was Annaleese. Floating down the aisle on her proud dad’s arm, she looked every bit the goddess she is, radiating joy and elegance. What an unforgettable way to close out the year!

Christina and Blaze celebrated their love at the stunning Glen Ewin Estate this past September—a truly picturesque setting for both their ceremony and reception. While spring weather can be unpredictable, and a light drizzle began just as the ceremony started, nothing could dampen Christina's radiant smile as she walked down the aisle to the sweet sounds of music live.

These incredible photos by and Benny Weddings beautifully capture the magic of the day, rain and all, proving that love shines brightest no matter the forecast. After their wedding these two embarked on an unforgettable honeymoon adventure through South America, what an incredible start to their journey together!

This is a belated post for Emily and Clancy from December 2023. I only realised when I went looking for it that it never got done, my sincerest apologies. My heart was so full when I left this wedding. I had chatted with Emily’s adorable, wise and inspirational grandparents and her grandad shared he was celebrating his 90th birthday that very day, what a way to celebrate a milestone. Emily’s mum, Jacquline, hugged me and told me how special it was that I officiated both her children’s marriages. I met Clancy’s mum, Deborah who unbeknownst I’d be seeing again at her other son's wedding as his celebrant. And I got to squeeze Emily’s twin nieces, the product of the union that started my relationship with this beautiful family. You can tell from their smiles how much joy exuded from these two gorgeous people who are now expecting their first baby. Can’t wait to see your bundle of joy.🥰

My association with Monique and Darcy went back to a wedding I officiated in 2020. Mel and Jo recommended me to Jo’s sister, Emily and her partner Clancy who in return recommended me to Clancy's brother, Darcy. Once again, a testament to my theory that beautiful people send more beautiful people my way. These two chose a stunning location I had never had the pleasure of visiting before but would highly recommend, Mt Beare Station. This photo was taken in front of the picturesque lake where the ceremony took place. Their fur baby, Violet was taken care of by ‘I do Paws’ and was so well behaved.
